1. Please share your genuine experience. We value your honest feedback to improve our services.
2. You may submit more than one review as long as each review is posted on a different review site.
3. Our thank-you gift card is a token of appreciation, not a payment. Please ensure your review reflects your true thoughts.
4. Reviews must be free from external influence. Only submit a review if you’ve personally used our service. We may ask you for information to confirm you as a current/former user.
5. Any attempt to manipulate or submit false reviews will disqualify you from receiving the gift card.
6. If you don’t receive your gift card within 28 days of your review appearing publicly, it may be because we couldn’t identify you as the author. Please email a screenshot of your review to [email protected] so we can match you to a Hyperglance account and issue your gift card.
7. We will issue your gift card within 28 days of identifying you and confirming you meet the abovementioned terms.
8. If we cannot purchase an Amazon gift card for your country, we will send you a suitable alternative gift card.
